    As a non-Wheatonian, one thing I don’t quite understand is why Raytheon has such an interest in Wheaton. Do they have such an interest in other liberal arts schools? Does Wheaton have certain programs that interest Raytheon?

      dude, I have no idea. I guess that the Raytheon Global Death HQ is somewhere near Wheaton? So it is a convenient school for indoctrinating moppets? who knows? I know that there is a former student whose dad is a CFO at Raytheon or something. And then there’s the Raytheon trustee guy….eh, it’s all disgusting. This is 2011, people. Getting in bed with Raytheon is not okay.
